1. General Information
All online courses will be presented on an online Moodle Platform found at https://courses.ptcma.org.za/. These terms and conditions apply specifically to the DMA110 course.
This course will be presented over a period of 3 weeks on set dates. Regular communication and reminders will be sent via emails (though participants take responsibility to review the online platform regularly for updates).
Some general things to take note of:
• You will need Internet Access in order to participate in this course.
• It is advisable to have earphones with microphone capabilities for the webinars.

2. Registration
a. Registration is open.
b. Registration closes 10h00am on the day of the start of the course – No late registrations will be accepted.
c. Upon submission of the registration form an invoice will be sent to either the participant or the participant’s company, based on the requirements specified on the registration form.
d. Participants who would like to deregister will need to do so before the commencement of the course, i.e. no later than 10am on the starting date. No refunds will be made after this time.
e. Should a participant deregister after the start of the course they will forfeit the registration fee and need to register anew for the next course.

3. Access
a. Once payment has been received, the participant will receive login details via email which includes access to the course.
b. Payments will be required as soon as possible after receipt of the invoice. The participant will be responsible for following up on payment.
c. If payment has been received, the participant will receive login details via email the week before the start of the course with access to the Orientation Module.
d. Participants will receive access to the course content at 10h00 on the morning of the start of the course.
e. Access to the course will be terminated once the course is completed.

4. Assessments and requirements for successful completion
a. A Study Guide with specific information on the course will be sent with the login details.
b. Participants will need to attend at least two out of the three contact sessions in order to qualify for completing the assessment. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the course without a refund.
c. Assessment:
i. At the end of the course participants will need to complete a Multiple-Choice questionnaire on the overall content of the course.
ii. Participants will have only one opportunity to do this questionnaire and will need to achieve a certain mark in order to pass.
iii. Should the required grade not be achieved, the participant can request a ‘rewrite’ at the cost of R100. Upon payment, the questionnaire will be reopened for a second attempt.
iv. Upon successful completion, the participant will receive a certificate of completion within 10 working days (unless completed after 13 December, upon which it will only be issued in mid-January of the following year).
