Register on our portal to manage your own details, download certificates for events attended, register for events, download presentations and more!

Register a profile
All members can go and create themselves a profile on our PTCMA Portal by following the link above and the instructions here.
Once you are registered you can log into the portal whenever you wish.
PLEASE NOTE: If you already had a profile on the PTCMA Portal, but moved companies or changed your email address, please DO NOT create a new profile - rather email us to update your existing profile.
All PTCMA programme attendees and participants will automatically be registered on the portal.
Select the "Login" option if you are already registered and would like to log in.
Select "Create Profile" if you do not have a profile on the Portal yet.

Please be diligent to fill in your details correctly. We will not share your details with anyone without your permission.
This will serve as your username and be the email address all correspondence goes to - please ensure it is correct!
SMS reminders will be sent for events you are registered for
Start typing your company name. If it does not display, please select the most appropriate of the following options: Private/public practice, Retired, Department of Health. If none of these apply, please select "Other".
Based on your company, you will see a list of positions. Please select the one most relevant to you. If none of them even loosely apply, please select "Other".
If you are listed as a clinician and you chose "Specialist" in the "Position" field, please use this field to specify your speciality.
Select which province you are based in.
HPCSA, SAPC, SANC - whichever number you would need to appear on your CPD certificate. Please ensure this is correct!
Make sure to save your password!
Please select which categories of topics you would like to receive invitations for - you can update this on your profile page at any time.
Please indicate through "Yes" or "No" whether you are a practicing clinician with a valid MP number registerd with the HPCSA.
This field is being made redundant - please just put in "N/A".
Once your registration is complete, you will receive the following email. Please verify your email address to complete your registration.

You will now be able to log into the portal to view and respond to upcoming events.
You will be able to register for events here
Events you have registered for will display in blue
Should you wish to deregister for an event, you will be able to do so
Once registration closes, you won't be able to change your registration settings

Please note that dates, topics and presenters are subject to change.
