How to update your profile on the PTCMA Portal
The purpose of the PTCMA Portal is to allow users to control their own details, so they can choose which email they prefer to receive correspondence to and can also update their details when necessary.
Below are instructions on how users can access their profile and what details they can change, as well as what it all means.

Select the option to Login
If you do not have a profile on the PTCMA Portal yet, select the option to Register
The email address you receive PTCMA communication to is your username
If you did not register yourself, you should have received an email with your login details.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. Follow the instructions on this page.
Click here to view and edit your profile
You can also select settings in the drop-down menu
Should your email address change or you would rather use a different one, change it here
Enter your cell phone number to receive an SMS reminder the day before a registered CPD
If you are registered with the HPCSA, enter your registration number here to receive CPD points
Please fill in your occupation so that we know who our audience is to better strive to meet your needs
If you are NOT receiving our newsletters yet, please check this box. If you are, but don't want to, you will need to unsubscribe using the link in the newsletter itself, or send an email to janine@ptcma.org.za
If you are a SAMA member, please check your details here. Make sure "SAMA Member" is set to yes and please submit your SAMA number. If these details are not provided, you will receive a non-member invitation and be unable to register for V_CPD sessions.
You will receive invitations to future live CPDs in cities checked here. Manage this by ticking cities you would like to attend CPDs in and unticking others.
At least one city will need to be ticked to receive invitations to the Virtual CPDs.
