How to register and login to the V_CPDs
The link to register for the PTCMA Virtual CPDs are sent out with the invitation email. To receive our invitations, make sure to register on the PTCMA Portal.
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to register and then how to access the meeting once you have received the confirmation email.

If you are registered on the PTCMA Portal, you should receive the V_CPD invitations via email
Please note that the V_CPDs are only open to PTCMA and SAMA members
Click here to register
You will be prompted to login to the PTCMA Portal
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it here.
Please make sure you are on the Login page and NOT the registration page.
This screen will pop up to confirm your registration has been submitted. Once it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it will show from the PTCMA and the email address will be a no-reply address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder as it might have gone there.
Follow this link to join the meeting. If it gives you trouble, right click on the link, select "copy hyperlink" and paste that into your browser. This should then prompt the rest of the process.
Add this meeting to your calendar by selecting the relevant option
Should you no longer be able to attend, cancel your registration here.
Registering via Zoom registration form
The link to the manual registration form will be available on the PTCMA website calendar event page if you are unable to register with the invitation or did not receive the invitation.
Take note of the meeting details and terms
Fill in all your details. The confirmation email will go to this address. If you are not registered on the Portal yet, this is the email address that will be linked to your account. If you are already on the Portal, your attendance will be recorded according to the email address on your account.
This is the council registration number that will appear on your certificate for CPD accreditation
Please select your company of employment. If you are a SAMA member and your company is not listed, please select 'SAMA'.
If you are a member of SAMA, please confirm by submitting your active SAMA membership number. If this is not submitted, you will not be approved for attendance unless you are a PTCMA member.
Once you have submitted the form, this note will appear. Please note that registrations are approved manually, so please give 24 hours for the confirmation email to come through.
